Schematic Capture and PCB Layout

ICE has many years of experience in the design and layout of printed circuit boards for many different applications. All designs are completed in house using electronic schematic capture and PCB layout tools to maximize efficiency and reduce layout errors.
ICE recognizes the importance of sound layout techniques to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and qualification requirements. As with the circuit design, a complete hands-on approach is used to individually tailor every PCB for its intended purpose to reduce manufacturing complexity and cost.

Mechanical Design

ICE uses 2D and 3D CAD design tools to aid in product development and manufacturing. Mechanical drawings are used to define and specify manufacturing detail, machining operations, acceptance criteria, and to provide a visual aid in the assembly process. ICE supports a variety of industry standard tools, including SolidWorks® and AUTOCAD® software.
