ICE is AS9100 and ISO 9001-2000 registered and is experienced in airborne software design, certified to DO-178B at all levels. Out quality system has been audited and approved by all of our major customers including Meggitt, AgustaWestland, NAVAIR, Hawker Beechcraft E-Systems, Cessna, Parker-Hannifin, UTC's Hamilton-Sunstrand Division, Sikorsky, and many others. Our quality system, like every other aspect of ICE, is continuing to improve. ICE has long been an FAA Certified Repair Station including the European Aviation Safety Agency certificate for EASA Part-145. Modernization is an ongoing process for us. Recent additions of a Trident I PCB defluxing and testing system, conductive flooring & constant monitoring systems as well as upgrade of manufacturing and test equipment ensures your products will meet the newest standards.

Our production technicians are trained and certified by in-house J-STD-001D and IPC-A-610 trainers. These certifications give standards for excellence for manufacturing processes such as:

Specializing in High-Reliability circuits and assemblies, we carefully monitor every process and environmental effect. ICE adheres to ESD20.20 and goes beyond the requirements to create an environment where all components are free from the risk of accidental electro-static discharge. Such measures include:
